400 Series Woodwright Double-Hung (2002 to present)
  • This kit includes a right and left-hand device.
  • The devices are installed on both sides of the sash and limit the opening of the venting sash to less than four inches when the sash is first opened.
  • Release of the device allows the sash to be further opened for full sash ventilation and/or emergency escape and rescue.
  • The opening control devices are automatically reset once the sash is returned to its fully closed position.
