- Works with 400 Series Tilt-Wash Double-Hung windows manufactured from 1994 to Present.
- The sash lock and keeper are flush mounted at the centered of the sash and each is held in place by two screws.
- Standard lock from 2013 to Present.
- Will work with non keeper cut center leg grilles. To avoid cam lock interference you may need to sand the top of the grille leg.
- To increase wear performance the metal keeper has a vinyl insert
